REFUND POLICY

At Negative Split Apparel, we're committed to your satisfaction. Because all our products are custom-made to order just for you, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
Made-to-Order Products
All items are printed and produced on demand after you place your order. This sustainable approach means we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if you simply don't like the product.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. We will gladly accept returns and provide refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- The product has a printing error or quality issue
- You received the wrong item or size
- The product doesn't match the description on our website
Reporting Issues
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@cookedandcactus.com. Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product showing the issue
- A description of the problem
Resolution Process
Once we verify the issue, we will:
- Offer a full refund to your original payment method, OR
- Send a replacement product at no additional cost
We'll cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations, or conditions which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item or issue. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
