All products sold on our Site are made to order and custom-printed after purchase. Product images are for illustrative purposes, and actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes.

  • Discontinue products at any time

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout.

4. Made-to-Order Products

All items are custom-made after you place your order. This means:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun (typically within 24 hours)
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection
  • Production times vary by product (typically 2-7 business days before shipping)

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information about returns, refunds, and exchanges. We only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled items.
