At Cooked & Cactus we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Because all our products are custom-made to order, please review the following information about our shipping process.
Processing Time
All items are printed and produced on demand after you place your order. This sustainable approach means:
- Production time: 2-7 business days (depending on the product)
- Shipping time: Varies by destination (see below)
- Total delivery time: Production time + shipping time
You'll receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been produced and shipped.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We partner with trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partners who ship directly to you using reliable carriers. The specific carrier will depend on your location and will be selected to provide the best balance of speed and cost.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your delivery location
- The items in your order
- The shipping method selected
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-10 business days after production
- Express Shipping: Typically arrives within 3-5 business days after production (where available)
International Shipping
We ship to multiple countries worldwide, including:
- United States, Canada, United Kingdom
- European Union countries
- New Zealand, Japan, and select other countries
International delivery times vary by destination:
- Standard International: Typically 7-21 business days after production
- Customs processing may add additional time
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- Tracking number and carrier information
- A link to track your package
Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your shipping notification for tracking information to update.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, you may be responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Brokerage fees
These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are not included in our shipping costs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the delivery address on your order
- Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date
We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Delayed Shipments: If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partner.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may not be possible once production has begun.
